Carla Coates
Carla Coates brings over 30 years of experience in GIS, spanning both private and public sectors. As the Radiological Emergency Preparedness Planner - GIS for Minnesota Homeland Security and Emergency Management, she leads the agency's GIS strategy, overseeing technical operations and long-term planning. Carla is currently serving her third term on the Minnesota GIS/LIS Consortium Board of Directors and recently joined the Minnesota Geospatial Advisory Council.
